Reserve the Date – 14 November

Tickets are now available for the Midlands Media Awards, which this year are being held at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham, on 14 November.

Revived for the first time since the Covid outbreak, the Awards celebrate the achievements of the region’s journalists, photographers and broadcasters. This year they also include categories for media students and PR agencies.

The tickets, for a three-course meal and welcoming drink, are priced at £60 each, to include VAT. A drinks reception will be from 6-7 pm with meal sit-down at 7.30 pm. A table of ten is priced at £540.

Llewela Bailey, Press Club chairman, said: “We are delighted not only to mark the return of the Awards after such a lengthy gap but also to see such an enthusiastic response from those in the region’s media.”

Meanwhile, because many potential entrants are still on holiday, or are just returning from their vacations, the deadline for the submission of entries has been extended.

The last date for Award organisers to receive entries is now Tuesday, 30 September.
